1. Overview
Erdmates (hereinafter "Company") provides your personal information to third parties to deliver the AI-powered ERD collaboration service (hereinafter "Service") in accordance with applicable personal information protection laws.
This consent is optional and you may use basic services without consenting. However, some services such as AI features may be restricted.
2. Third-Party Recipients
AI Service Providers
- OpenAI, Inc.: AI-powered ERD generation, SQL conversion, optimization suggestions
- Google LLC (Gemini): AI feature backup service
- Anthropic, PBC (Claude): AI features (ERD assistant)
Payment Service Providers
- Toss Payments Co., Ltd.: Payment processing and settlement
- Stripe, Inc.: International payment processing
3. Right to Refuse and Consequences
Services restricted if you refuse:
- AI-powered automatic ERD generation
- Natural language SQL conversion
- ERD optimization suggestions
- AI chat assistant
- Paid payment features

Addendum (Revision v1.1) — AI Recipient Additions
When members use AI features (natural language → ERD generation, SQL conversion, AI chat, etc.), the input text is transferred to the following AI recipients.

Members have the right to decline this consent, but will be unable to use AI features (partial service limitation). Non-AI features such as the ERD editor and collaboration remain available.

This revision takes effect immediately upon announcement.

Anthropic, PBC (USA) has been added as an AI service provider. This revision takes effect on October 15, 2026.
